Partying at night during DC winters can sometimes be a bit of a challenge because I want to look cute but stay warm and I am not willing to sacrifice one for the other. That's why, when Shella and I went to celebrate a good friend's birthday at The W's POV lounge, I decided to go green with this long sleeved fitted dress. When paired with tights, I got the best of both worlds and had a great time celebrating!
